A new 10.1-acre neighborhood shopping center, located at the entrance
to Merriam Mountains at I-15 and Deer Springs Road, will provide up to
110,000 square feet of neighborhood serving retail such as a grocery market, restaurants, drug stores, banks, cleaners, coffee shops, and other retail goods and services. It will also serve as a gathering place for the community.

Both the residential neighborhoods and shopping areas will be conveniently located adjacent to existing transportation corridors. The new development will also help fund needed improvements for local roads and streets.
