Thank you for visiting the Merriam Mountains website. The vision for Merriam Mountains was guided by a deep respect for the land and a desire to create a new residential community designed with environmental preservation as a core value. Merriam Mountains provides for an expansive biological preserve, natural parks
and open space which anchor the parks and trail systems.

Through input from community groups and individuals, the parks and trail systems
were designed to provide opportunities for neighbors to enjoy the property’s beauty
and wildlife while connecting to the existing and proposed master trails plan.

We have included artists renderings of the neighborhood design including parks, overlooks and neighborhood shopping. The Merriam Mountains’ plan is projected
to include a variety of housing styles that will meet the needs of our growing population. Enjoy your visit and let us know what you think.
